Begin the holiday season with a “Holiday Tea, Talk and Tour at the Carroll Museums” on Saturday, December 8.
Carroll Museums and the Mt. Washington Garden Club is hosting a holiday fundraising event on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 1 pm to 3:30 pm at the historic Carroll Mansion, 800 East Lombard Street. The Carroll
Mansion was the home of Charles Carroll of Carrollton, Maryland signer of the Declaration of Independence. A formal tea in the Mansion will be followed by a talk about Baltimore during the period of Charles Carroll of Carrollton by Johns Hopkins, Director of Baltimore Heritage Inc. A guided tour of the mansion, which has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season by the ladies of the Mt. Washington Garden Club will be conducted by staff at the Museums.
Tickets are $45 each and can be purchased by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 410.608.1056 and leaving a message. Deadline for reservations is Nov. 24th . Fresh holidaygreens will be available to purchase. There is on-street parking next to the museum.
